Who I am

A story that shaped the practice

I was that invisible kid, the one taken from diet to diet by a well-meaning parent, starving and never losing a single kilo. That experience, and the frustration behind it, became the foundation of the professional I am today.

I know exactly what it feels like to diet, to go hungry and still not see the results you were promised. Years of clinical experience have taught me that nutrition is never just about food, or about eating less. It's a set of habits: how foods are combined, personalisation, emotions, hormones. It's nutrition, not deprivation.

Today that mission drives everything I do: improving people's health and physical wellbeing through nutrition and movement, understanding the hormonal system behind the number on the scale, and building a plan that works with your body instead of against it.
